About Arden Villines and Bright Lines Sport Horses

Bright Lines Sport Horses started as a young girl's dream to live on a farm surrounded by nature and share her love of horses with others!  With faith in God, trust, support, and hard work that dream is coming true!

Arden Villines competes as a Hunter Jumper and in the discipline of 3 Day Eventing in Area V.  The road to riding - eventing, dressage, and jumping, came from a place with little exposure to proper horsemanship.  Growing up in Fort Smith, Arkansas in the River Valley with few barns somewhat isolated from the equestrian world, it wasn't until her 20's that Arden found the means to travel with her horse, step up her horsemanship, and learn proper biomechanics of riding.  Every single day is a learning experience for those passionate about horses, from beginners to professionals, and Arden has jam packed the lessons in the past decade and won't stop continuing her training and education for the rest of her riding career.  In March of 2019, Arden completed her first Novice at age 27 at Texas Rose Horse Park. It was a milestone reached including a personal best dressage score and a double clear cross country round.  Although the timing is typically late for those in the sport, God's timing is perfect.  Arden recently completed a Training Level at Rocking Horse Stables in Altoona, FL with her own "Sam" who she brought along from only halter broke.  Arden's goals include a possible Modified or Preliminary move up in the future but sooner goals include a potential National Derby and being more seriously competitive in the Hunter Jumper world with her own horses and sales horses!

The farm dream became a reality when in late 2018 Arden and her husband, Keeton, had an opportunity to move to a farm of Keeton's parents and remodel the hay barn on the property while also converting part of the acreage to a boarding and riding facility.  The dream would not have been possible without their parent's generosity and support.  The name "Bright Lines" was inspired by the family's last name, Villines, and the hope that God brings in a sunrise every morning.
